What services are included with my LED rental?
A daily rental rate includes an LED technician onsite for the duration of your rental to setup, operate, and tear down the screen. Sound and power are also included in your rental rate. LED production, i.e. camera feeds are typically an additional charge, along with content creation.Â
What video and audio inputs does your production take?
Video inputs: HD-SDI, HDMI, DVI, Display Port, and VGA
Audio inputs: XLR
Do you supply power?
All of our mobile units contain on-board generator power. For modular activations, we can supply power upon request. For indoor events, we will need shore power supplied to us. Indoor power requirements will be communicated to you during the planning stages.
Are your LED products weatherproof?
All of our outdoor products are 100% rainproof. They have maximum wind loads ranging from 35 all the way up to 65 mph. They are 100% visible under the brightest direct sunlight.
Will sound be provided?
All of our mobile units contain on-board speakers. We can also provide sound with our modular video walls, just let us know in advance.
What pixel pitch do you use?
We use pixel pitches ranging from 2.6mm to 10mm. Most of our outdoor products are 4.81mm.Â
What can I display on the screen?
The sky’s the limit with what we can display on our screens. Examples include live TV, movies, camera feeds, internet feeds, advertising, and scoring. Looking for inspiration?Â
How do I create and deliver content?
We will work with your team of designers to ensure the content is optimized for our screen. We can also design slides for you. We require content to be sent to us several days prior to show-day to allow time for review.Â
