Your Weather Assurance Plan is based on your reservation type. If you reserve a weekday rental, then your rescheduling options are limited to weekdays (Sun-Thu). If you reserve a weekend rental, then you have the flexibility to reschedule any day of the week.
All rescheduling is subject to availability.

Our FREE WEATHER ASSURANCE POLICY allows you to have peace of mind when booking your event. On the day of your event, our UOE Dispatch Team will reach out to discuss any possible weather concerns. If rain, high winds or other weather related issues are possible, you have the option to move your event indoors, if space allows or postpone your event. If you postpone, you have up to 6 months to reschedule with no additional fees (*new dates subject to availability)
Please note - we DO NOT postpone event dates prior to your contracted event date - see your rental agreement for full details.
